Data processed and purposes
- Data submitted through the contact form (name, company, email, phone, number of employees, message): processed to answer your request, arrange a demo or send a quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Browsing data (IP address, technical logs): processed to operate and secure the website and prevent abuse, including through Google reCAPTCHA on the contact form. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Usage statistics (Google Analytics 4): collected in aggregate form only with consent given through the cookie banner. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Processing and retention
Data is processed electronically with appropriate security measures. Contact request data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting business relationship, and no longer than 24 months after the last contact; technical logs for up to 90 days.
Recipients
Data may be processed by providers acting as data processors, including Amazon Web Services (email delivery), Microsoft Azure (website hosting), Google (reCAPTCHA and Analytics) and iubenda (consent management). Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
Transfers outside the EU
Where providers process data outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Articles 15-22 GDPR) and withdraw consent at any time by writing to privacy@kaboom.cloud. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
